What to do
- Open PERI from the relevant screen or supported entry point.
- Review the topic and provide only the information relevant to your request.
- Review selected attachments and consented sensitive context before sending.
- Read the response and check it against your records before acting.
What to expect
PERI can receive a bounded selection of available profile, plan, recent logs, goals, health summaries and selected files. It is not universally aware of every record.
If something looks wrong
Missing context can lead to a poor answer. Correct the question or provide relevant context rather than assuming all files or lifetime logs were included.
Labels and supported data can vary by platform and app version. Contact support if the steps do not match your version.
