Records, sources and estimates
Manual logs describe what you record. Connected-health records originate in supported source apps or devices. Calculated scores and AI suggestions interpret selected inputs. None of these categories independently verifies a health outcome.
Workout duration and calories
Finish can use recorded or manually entered duration and effort. Recorded or manually entered duration is not stopwatch timing. Workout calories are estimates, not measured expenditure; estimates from a wearable, Connefi or another app may differ.
Nutrition and Energy
Meal portions, food values and known supplement nutrition shape logged calories and macros. AI photo or described-meal values require review. Hydration combines manual water logs and known supported contributions; the water animation does not measure drinking. Energy reflects nutrition calorie-target progress rather than an independent measure of physiological energy.
Connected Health and sleep
Apple Health and Health Connect expose supported records with your permissions. Data coverage, aggregation, time zones and source attribution affect the result. Primary Sleep groups supplied sleep records; it does not mean Connefi independently records sleep. Time in bed is different from time asleep, and detailed stages require a source that provides them.
Recovery, load, stress and resilience
The recovery model needs eligible sleep and at least two physiological inputs. Activity load uses a same-source baseline with at least seven days; a reference value of 100 is not an absolute maximum. Stress is a physiological proxy, not a diagnosis of mental health. Resilience needs at least ten eligible days. Missing signals or insufficient history can limit these interpretations; absent data does not establish normal health.
Goals and forecasts
Plan adherence and recorded outcomes are separate inputs. A measurable goal needs relevant recorded results. Goal Momentum, contributors and forecasts depend on configuration and history. Missing or building forecasts are not outcome guarantees. Weight trends do not directly establish body composition.
Everyday Biological Age
The adult-only everyday method is a Connefi-specific modeled wellness index. It uses eligible inputs such as VO₂ max, resting heart rate, HRV, sleep, waist-to-height ratio, activity and strength frequency. Available weights are normalized; the model bounds its age offset and applies an adult floor. HRV methods and source devices are not interchangeable. This model has not been established as a clinically validated biological-age test. It does not measure DNA methylation, prove rejuvenation or predict lifespan.
Laboratory methods are different
Laboratory-derived PhenoAge uses a separate published method with chronological age and a complete set of nine laboratory markers. It must not be merged with the everyday wearable model. No automatic EHR connection or DNA test is claimed.
PERI and available context
PERI receives selected available context for a request, not a continuously complete view of the person. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review supported proposed actions, food values and relevant assumptions before applying them. Foreground findings do not establish autonomous background coaching.
Sensitive information and eligibility
General accounts are intended for eligible users 13+ subject to local law. Designated sensitive features, including Biological Age and laboratory features, are intended for adults. Cycle estimates do not establish hormone levels, fertility or contraception. Eligibility does not make a result a medical assessment.
Method source
Levine et al. (2018), An epigenetic biomarker of aging for lifespan and healthspan, describes the clinical phenotypic-age model and a separate DNA-methylation method. This reference does not validate Connefi’s everyday wearable model.
