Delete Your Connefi Account
This page explains how to delete your Connefi account and what happens to your data. You can delete your account yourself inside the app, or request deletion via email if you cannot access the app.
1. Delete Your Account In the App (Recommended)
Follow these steps to delete your account and associated data directly in Connefi:
- Open Home and tap your profile avatar (top-left) to open Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
- Security requirement: You must have a recent login (within the last 5 minutes). If you’re blocked, log out and log back in, then retry deletion. If it still fails, contact support below.
2. What Data Is Deleted
- Profile data (name, email, preferences, height/weight/goals).
- Fitness data: Exercises, Meals, Supplements, Plans & Schedule, Grouping plans.
- In-app AI content related to exercises/meals/supplements.
- App activity tied to your account (e.g., completions/history).
3. What May Be Retained and Why
- Purchase records handled by stores (for refunds, fraud, taxes).
- Audit/security logs for fraud prevention (retained up to 30 days).
- Backups overwritten on the next cycle (up to 30 days).
After these periods, retained items are permanently removed.
4. Can’t Access the App? Request Deletion by Email
Email us with the subject “Delete my Connefi account” and include the email address you used to register: connefiapp@gmail.com. We’ll verify ownership and complete deletion.
