PERI Intelligence

Three ways to think it through.

Balanced

No weekly credits consumed

High

Uses shared weekly credits

Ultra

Deepest reasoning

Uses shared weekly credits

High and Ultra share a weekly allowance. Access and available credits depend on your entitlement and installed release; check PERI Intelligence in the app.

Context that’s relevant to the question

PERI can use available profile information, relevant plans and recent logs, selected goals and supported health summaries. The context depends on where you ask, the information available and your permissions. Stored information is not all sent with every request, and PERI does not continuously observe your day.

Proposals you can review

Supported changes can include exercise sets, reps, rest, scheduling and swaps. Read the proposed change and check that it fits your circumstances before applying it. Not every conversation can change every part of Connefi.

Modes and access

Initial onboarding generation is distinct from ongoing PERI access. Ongoing use requires an eligible paid entitlement or trial. Balanced mode does not consume weekly credits while you have that access; High and Ultra share a weekly credit allowance. Available limits and offerings appear in the app.

Files, with a purpose

Supported files and attachments can inform selected requests. A file stored in a folder is not automatically part of every conversation. Avoid adding information about other people without permission.

A helpful assistant, with limits

AI can misunderstand context or produce inaccurate suggestions. Review meals, exercise changes and other outputs. PERI is not a medical professional or an emergency service. Age-restricted health features require adult eligibility, and a subscription does not override those restrictions.
