- Use the supported Files or attachment flow in your app.
- Select the relevant file for the request when the interface supports that choice.
- Review the response against the original file.
What to expect
A folder organizes stored files; it does not make every file automatic context for every PERI request.
If something looks wrong
Unsupported formats, extraction errors or incomplete context can affect results. Do not treat file extraction as a verified original record.
Labels and supported data can vary by platform and app version. Contact support if the steps do not match your version.
