- Provide the selected photo or description and enough portion context to make the request useful.
- Review the suggested foods, portions, calories and macros. Correct errors before saving.
What to expect
A reviewed estimate can become a meal record. An image cannot reliably determine every ingredient or portion.
If something looks wrong
Ask for clarification or enter the meal manually when the estimate is uncertain. Do not treat allergy, medical-diet or supplement suggestions as professional advice.
