Begin with a specific question
A clear request gives an assistant a better starting point. Describe the part of the routine you want to review and the constraints that matter. Do not assume the assistant has every relevant record or understands the situation beyond the context available to the request.
Read the proposed change
A suggestion and an applied change are different things. Where a tool supports a reviewed adjustment, inspect the affected item and its proposed values. Check whether the change matches what you asked for before confirming it.
Check the context
AI can misunderstand a unit, omit a constraint or make an inaccurate inference. Compare the response with your own records and circumstances. Ask a follow-up or choose manual editing if the proposal is unclear.
Know when to seek other help
An AI assistant is not a medical professional. It cannot diagnose a condition or establish whether an exercise or diet is safe for your individual circumstances. Use appropriately qualified help for those decisions and keep sensitive information out of a request when it is not needed.
