From Grouping to PDF in 4 Steps

Start a grouping, assign items with the Day Scheduler, set it as current, and export a printable PDF.

Step 1

Create a NEW Group

Tap the + button in the Grouping tab to start a fresh plan container.

Build Your Plan

Name your group, set the goal, then add workouts, meals, and supplement stacks.

Once your plan is set, tap Generate PDF to package everything into a shareable handout.

Open the PDF viewer, toggle watermark if needed, and share or save to your library.

Grouping: Your Client/Cohort Plan Container

Create groupings for one-on-one clients, classes, or challenges. Each grouping holds the exercises, meals, and supplements you assign by weekday.

  • • Build a grouping per client or program
  • • Assign items by weekday using the Day Scheduler (tap day → tap items)
  • • Set one grouping as current to power Home (Today) and Plans & Schedule
  • • Print/share as PDF directly from the grouping view

Day Scheduler & Select Lists

Assign what happens on each weekday. Pick a day, then tap items to include them for that day. A colored checkmark shows the currently selected day; colored dots show other days that item is assigned.

Select Exercises

Build the week’s training quickly. Tap to add/remove per day; save once you’re done.

Select Meals

Add meals for each weekday so clients always know what to eat today.

Select Supplements

Schedule stacks with clear day assignments for simple adherence.

    Name it and set the goal/labels.

Trainer FAQ

How do I make a grouping show up on Home (Today)?

Open the Grouping tab and tap on set it as current, this will make it the active grouping. Home (Today) and Plans & Schedule will pull from the current grouping.

How do I assign items to specific days?

Tap to view a grouping/create a new one; (make sure you are in Edit mode), then tap Add Exercises, Add Meals, or Add Supplements. use the Day Scheduler in the Select views. Pick a weekday chip, then tap an item to toggle it for that day. Colored checkmark = the current day; colored dots = other days assigned.

Can I reuse a grouping for another client?

Yes. Duplicate the grouping, tweak assignments, and set it as the new client’s current grouping.

Where do I print or share a PDF?

Open a grouping that you want to print or share and close to top you see a Orange button to generate a PDF. You can preview and share it from there (watermark toggle ifavailable).
