Quick answers about PERI AI, subscriptions, schedules, and plans inside Connefi.

What is PERI AI?

PERI AI is Connefi’s in‑app assistant that gives short, step‑by‑step guidance using real UI labels. It can suggest workouts, help plan weekly schedules, and keep supplements and meals on track inside the app.

Do I need a subscription to use AI features?

Yes. AI creation features (Add Supplements with AI, Add Exercises with AI, Analyze & Add a Meal) are available to Premium and, in the future, Max subscribers. Manual adding and search are available to all users.

What’s included in Premium?

Premium includes Smart Workout Coach (PERI AI), Instant Nutrition Lens, Custom Diet Designer, and Science‑Backed Goal Setter. Pricing may change—please check in‑app for the latest.

What’s Max and who is it for?

Max (coming soon) includes everything in Premium plus personal‑trainer tools like adding trainees, generating/sending plans, and AI‑assisted trainee management. Ideal for trainers and coaches.

How do I schedule items for specific days?

Open Plans & Schedule → SCHEDULER, pick a weekday chip, then assign items in EXERCISES, SUPPLEMENTS, or NUTRITION. Planned items for today appear on Home.

What is Grouping?

Grouping is where you build complete plans (e.g., Bulk Plan, Cut Plan) that bundle exercises, meals, and supplements. Set one grouping as current to feed Plans & Schedule and Today on Home.

Can I print or share my plan?

Yes. Open a grouping, scroll to the bottom, and print as PDF. Trainers can share PDFs; more sharing features are planned.

Is there a community feature?

Community is coming soon (not visible yet). It will include social, search, chat, finding friends and trainers, and trainer tools (some trainer features require Max).

How do I delete my account?

Open Account from the top‑left avatar. For security, Delete Account requires a recent login (within the last 5 minutes). If it fails, log out and back in, then retry. If still blocked, contact support.

What platforms does Connefi support?

Connefi supports modern iOS and Android devices. For the best experience, keep your app updated to the latest version.

How does Connefi handle my data?

We prioritize user privacy and safety. Only the data needed for features like scheduling, progress, and recommendations is used per our policies. See the in‑app privacy section for details.

Where can I see current prices?

Open the app and check the subscription screen for the most up‑to‑date pricing.
